Meet Mrs. Casella
Hello! I'm Mrs. Casella and this is my seventeenth-year teaching in the Bloomsburg Area School District. I have been a reading specialist at W. W. Evans Elementary School for most of that time. This year, I am overjoyed to be back here at Evans Elementary once again, and I look forward to working with all of the fabulous students and staff here!
I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Bloomsburg University in 1997. I also earned a Master of Education degree in Reading from Bloomsburg University in 2010.
I live in Nescopeck with my husband, Tony. We have a son, Nicolas, who is in his senior year at Berwick High School. We also have an incredibly spoiled Golden Retriever named Tucker. I enjoy cooking and baking, reading, and putting together jigsaw puzzles. I also love to travel. One of my favorite places to visit is the beach, and I love to vacation in the Outer Banks with family and friends.
